The Green Room Foundation is a charity established in 2012 with a mission to help young people develop their full potential. This vision has grown into a network of schools dedicated to supporting students with Special Educational Needs, all of which have been rated "Outstanding" in all areas by OFSTED.

Today, over 70 young people are part of our community across three different sites. Our dedicated team of staff bring passion, ingenuity, and energy to help every pupil start a path toward their goals in life.

From the age of 11 up to 25, our students are supported by an Education Health Care Plan. Along the way, they work towards qualifications, life skills, and futures that fit them — whether that's college, training, apprenticeships, or the world of work.

We are proud to stay connected with our alumni and celebrate their successes at college, university, in the world of work, and beyond.

The Swan has attracted some further media attention since it was crowned the ‘Best Community Pub in Britain’.

During half term a film crew from ‘The Manna Journey’ descended on the pub to discuss social enterprise and the power of community. From an hour of bar talk they created a trio of videos called ‘Last Call for Pubs’. You can see the first one here… The Swan Project Ep.1. Watch this space for any further developments!
