Einspine

Back in October GRK took in this adorable prickly female hedgehog to foster over Winter, with the plan to re-release her when Spring arrived. She was found out in the day and severely underweight and handed into HART Wildlife Rescue. Through staff having contacts there we were able to take her into GRK to hibernate over Winter. Without being rescued, she would have sadly not made it through the cold weather, instead, she hibernated in safety at GRK but is now wide awake and awaiting release! As she has spent a fair bit of time in the science lab being health checked by pupils, we felt the name “Einspine” suited her perfectly!
