GR Ambassadors

Through the Ambassador programme we aim to develop pupil leadership by providing opportunities to:
-
Take on leadership roles: This helps pupils develop essential leadership skills linked with our ROCCIT competencies
-
Represent the school: Ambassadors act as positive role models for their peers, promoting school spirit and values
-
Contribute to the school community: By participating in various initiatives, Ambassadors can make a meaningful impact on their school enviromnent and create a legacy.
Green Room Ambassadors play a vital role in the life of the Foundation, representing their school with pride and embodying the values of Kindness, Curiosity, and Change. Chosen for their leadership potential and passion for making a difference, Ambassadors take on meaningful responsibilities that contribute to the running and culture of the school. Through regular meetings, they have a platform to share ideas, drive initiatives, and act as a voice for their peers. Ambassadors receive training in leadership, communication, and school values, and are supported by staff and senior leaders throughout their journey. They are also given opportunities to take part in events, shape school life, and leave a lasting impact - learning from those who held the role before them and inspiring those who will follow.
