A few of our Green Room girls have started to do yoga on Mondays with our resident yoga teacher Angel at our partner gym, Strong Vibes. The classes are non-religious, focus on flexibility and balance, and incorporate relaxation techniques to ensure a well-rounded sports session.
“I like the classes, I feel more flexible after the session”, says Green Roomer Louise. “The classes are very relaxing - I sleep better at night afterwards”, says Emma.
Here they are at this Monday’s class, finding balance, supporting each other and sharing a giggle!
