This term we embarked on a creative endeavour for pupils to build their own Ukulele inspired by The Green Room School's very own inhouse visiting luthier Mark Daly.
It began with some simple understandings of the instrument playability techniques, and sharing of some music. Each week pupils spent an hour creating some artistic designs for the appearance of the instrument and of course the build practices required to enable a tuneful Ukulele crafted by oneself.
