Our school has developed good relationships with a number of local community organisations and businesses,
This has culminated in pupils gaining valuable work experience, as well as opening up opportunities for employer visits into school to engage with a larger number of pupils.
In Year 11, we support each pupil in finding a work experience placement in line with their interests. This allows pupils to start to explore the world of work and build their own portfolio of experience, as well as teaching them about essential values such as politeness, punctuality, communication, work ethic and reliability.
