Rewards & Incentives

Pupils work individually and as part of tutor groups towards various rewards and incentives, such as trips and awards, using a behaviour system that is based around our values Kindness, Curiosity and Change.  Positive and negative points are given and logged and shared with the pupils 1:1 so there is a chance for discussion and reflection.  Our whole school ethos is based around attendance and ‘starting a path’ to change, often using bespoke behavioural plans that focus on high challenge and high support.
