Strong Vibes

During our sports sessions over the last couple of weeks, some of our pupils chose to take part in power plates sessions at a local health and fitness studio, Strong Vibes, instead of team sports at the Leisure Centre. They also participated in yoga, and as they thoroughly enjoyed it they will be returning every week!
